BroadCloud Video Conferencing

With BroadSoft's new BroadCloud Video service and the Polycom RealPresence™ Platform, high-quality, on-demand video collaboration through Polycom’s standards-based video conferencing endpoints is as easy as making a phone call. Polycom's RealPresence Platform provides a highly scalable and resilient software-based platform for BroadSoft's video cloud solutions, allowing service providers to break free from restrictive products and technologies of the past. The BroadCloud Video conferencing service is BroadSoft's reservation-less multipoint video conferencing service that is hosted in the cloud. It enables service providers to quickly and easily deploy a video conferencing service with a limited technical investment, since BroadSoft maintains the infrastructure in the BroadSoft Cloud. Together, Polycom and BroadSoft are delivering solutions for service providers that enable them to offer small and medium businesses (SMBs) and enterprise customers the benefits of a cost effective video conferencing service without buying and supporting their own multi-conference bridge infrastructure.
