Ron Myers

Ron Myers joined Polycom in 2009 as Vice President, U.S. Channels. Myers is now Senior Vice President of Global Channels. In this role, he is responsible for programme and policy development, partner models, go-to-market strategies, and marketing initiatives to support Polycom’s partners.

Mr. Myers is an industry veteran with a long heritage in managing direct and indirect sales, channel and partner communities as well as marketing.

Prior to Polycom, Mr. Myers served as vice president of North America Channels and then general manager for Business Operations at Tandberg. At Tandberg he achieved record channel growth while introducing strategic channel sales programmes in North America. Previously, Mr. Myers held executive positions at ServiceSource and Moore North America.

Mr. Myers was recently named a 2010 Channel Chief by the Everything Channel’s CRN magazine. This is one of the most prestigious awards in the industry as Channel Chiefs are considered to be leaders in creating effective channel programmes for solution providers.

Mr. Myers has a degree in business economics from Wilfrid Laurier University in Ontario, Canada.
